Q: What happens if I choose Express Delivery?
A: With Express Delivery, your order is prioritized, and we aim to deliver your video within 30 hours.
Please note:

The day you place the order does not count as Day 1.

Each video is made to order, so we appreciate your patience as we work to create something special.
If we don’t deliver within 30 hours, you can request a refund for the express fee — or, if you’d prefer, a full refund.
However, if you decide to cancel Express Delivery midway, your order will be moved to the standard queue and processed accordingly.
Q: When will I receive my video?
A: Our standard delivery time is 2–3 days.
During busy seasons, there may be slight delays due to high demand — we create a limited number of videos each day to ensure top quality.
If it’s been a few days and you haven’t received your video, feel free to reach out!
Q: I can't find my video — what should I do?
A: First, please check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
If you still don’t see it, just contact us — we’re happy to help locate and resend your video.
Q: How will I receive my video?
A: Your completed greeting video will be sent directly to the email address you provided when ordering.
Q: What if I lose my video?
A: No worries at all! We store your video securely for up to 1 year. Just message us, and we’ll resend it to you — free of charge.
